O.k. I know many of us, (yes, including me!) have a difficult time squeezing in time to workout and burn some calories, release some stress and just be able to have your own time! I asked my awesome personal trainer LaToya to share a quick workout that can motivate and get everyone moving.  Below is what she shared with us! Give it a try and let us know what you think!


QUICK 20 MIN- WORKOUT

Hey ladies!


Here is a quick 20 minute workout I shared with some ladies in my Facebook group. It’s perfect for those busy moms on the go with very little time!

Goal: Total Body Workout. Perfect for beginners.
Equipment: Fitness Mat or Towel
Like with any exercise program please consult your doctor before starting.

OK, LET’S GET INTO IT!….

Complete each exercise for 1 minute. Complete 4 rounds for a total of 20 mins. Remember to push yourself. It will get easier each time, I promise 😉
  • Knee Ups
  • Crunches
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Plank
  • Bicycle Crunches
